Project Personal Development is aimed at empowering 100,000 junior and senior secondary students in Lagos state Nigeria with the foundational information on personal development

Foundation for the Personal Development of African Children (PDAC) is a registered non profit, non political organisation with the vision to transform Africa, one child at a time. We accomplish this by creating personal development awareness, educating and inspiring junior and senior secondary school student with resources, activities and programs focused on personal development so they can discover and build themselves to reach their full potential in life.

This passion was borne from the need to add value to the African Child in areas not covered in the school curriculum. Areas such as teachings on personal growth, self discipline, focus, habits, mentorship, leadership, attitude, goal setting, etc. 

These simple life lessons are designed to  inspire and impact young minds to dream big and desire to become responsible individuals ready to change their world for good. 

The information we share will also imbibe and inspire good values, character, and the habit of lifelong learning from a very young age.

The Personal Development Guide Book is the official resource for Project Personal Development.  

This guide book contains the foundational information on the subject of personal development with life lessons easy to read and apply immediately.

We have been engaging students both online and offline around the country with these resources and activities for the past 18 months and it has been very impactful. 

The engaged students range from the ages of 6  to 13 years, but our focus for this project is the junior and senior  secondary school students.

Our impact have been reaching hundreds, but with individual's sponsorship or organisation's partnership, we will be reaching thousands and millions in the nearest future.

The pilot outreach began in December 2021 and will continue throughout 2022.
